Evidence Archive Charter

The Evidence Archive organizes publicly reviewable records related to AiLawyer.world research history, software releases, and technical provenance.

First-party: a record produced by the platform, service, or organization directly responsible for the relevant system or account.

Third-party: a record produced by an independent external source.

Archival: a preserved historical copy or record whose value depends on its capture and preservation context.

Evidence capture dates identify when an artifact was obtained or recorded. Dates shown by the source are kept separate from the evidence capture date.

Published artifact records may include a SHA-256 hash of the corresponding file. The hash supports later byte-level integrity checks; it does not prove the truth of every claim in the artifact.

Artifacts that cannot be identified, inspected, or linked to a stated source and scope are excluded from the archive until their provenance and limitations can be documented.

Archive records describe what a source directly shows. Claims must not exceed the source's scope, date, or reliability. Absence of a record is not proof that an event did not occur.
